Please provide any specific information you wish to have listed with your stallion ad, along with a copy of his registration papers and a photo.  There is a $500 nomination fee per stallion.  If you are nominating more than one stallion, please copy this page and list them separately.  If this is a renewal, please advise of any changes to your ad.  Beginning in 2009, if you drop your stallion out of the breeders’ program and wish to be reinstated, there will be yearly catch-up fees of $250/year.    

Cornhusker Futurity reserves the right to refuse or terminate any person or contract and to change information as needed.  This nomination is for the year 2012, and will need to be renewed yearly thereafter.
